A U.S. federal judge in Arizona ruled that a copyright infringement lawsuit against Poland-based tube site Eporner can proceed in the United States. The lawsuit, filed by Fornix Holdings and CP Productions (operators of GloryHoleSwallow.com), alleges Eporner infringed their copyrights.
The court found it has jurisdiction because Eporner knowingly targets and profits from a substantial U.S. audience by hosting American content, relying on U.S. services, and earning advertising revenue from American users. The ruling relies on a 2025 Ninth Circuit decision, Briskin v. Shopify, which broadened the circumstances under which foreign online businesses can be sued in U.S. courts.
